Chaos Theory & Greed

thefocus on underlying patterns and deterministic laws of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions, and were once thought to have completely random states of disorder and irregularities.”

Does the world harmonize itself? According to chaos theory, yes… it can!

Now, chaos theory in action is extremely difficult to imagine when you live in the western world. However, spend one day in India’s capital and you’ll see that chaos theory really does work… Roads clear out, people have synchronistic experiences, and you’ll be amazed by everything because you never know what might happen next.

What allows chaos theory to flourish is a commonality. Everyone is living in chaos. Does this mean you have to become chaos? No, it means you learn to surrender to the flow. The flow is accepting that there are some things you cannot change—and taking ownership and autonomy to pursue the changes you want to make in the world and can make in the world… no matter what your ego is telling you.

So what happens when the commonality is greed? Sabotage.

Let’s look at the current economic landscape: paying jobs are scarce, fake job listings are abundant, and greed is weighing us down.

How many clown town individuals are holding two or more corporate full-time jobs? And is their greedy personality causing them to fail in executing on their responsibilities? Is it fueling the growth of clown town, perceived incompetence, and business failures across the board? Quite possibly, yes.

Very few people are able to multitask effectively. Very few people can be stellar consultants for more than one business at a time. So the next time you see someone failing at their job, ask yourself: Are they showing signs of holding more than one full-time job?

Double-dippers always get thrown out of a party. No one likes a double dipper. No one likes greed, so do what you can to taper your own excessive greed and gently call it out in others when you feel the need.

The Great Heyoka: Clown Town

Clowns are fun. Right? 🤡

Master of none.

It’s time to wake up. Look up at the sky, take in your surroundings, and see the outside world exactly for what it truly is… Today we’re living in Clown Town; where unqualified individuals are bullying their way into power and setting our beautiful world ablaze.

Today in New York City, you’ll see that Giuliani’s reforms to clean up the city have been completely reversed. Crime on all levels is rampant, and the city is being filled with migrants who will be housed in public school gyms.

Why are we sacrificing the life and livelihood of everyday people for a political circus? Why are we jeopardizing the lives of people coming for opportunity and success, placing them in a city with very few job opportunities as it is?

People move cities and countries in search of meaning, personal expression, and stability. If we cannot be stable as locals, how could we possibly create and foster stability in someone else?

Political agendas and post-p4andem1c movements for egalitarianism will push you, pull you past your boundaries, and roll you over skin scraping rubble. Unplug your devices, and consider 2-3 ways you can help your local community.

Can you get a group to clean up a dirty block over-run by broken glass and neglectful store tenants? Can you call Shake Shack’s corporate office and demand they wash their sidewalk to keep your neighborhood clean? These small actions have the power to connect us again in a way that transcends politics. We are human, how would our lives change if we decided to live as humans (rather than generative AI bots) again?

fake job listings are everywhere

fake job listings are a form of 𝔪𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔭𝔲𝔩𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫

〰️

fake job listings are a form of 𝔪𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔭𝔲𝔩𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 〰️

Bottom feeders list fake jobs and discriminate based on your romantic preferences.

It’s time to bring logic back to the table; post job listings for actual jobs and hire based on team fit, expertise, and ability to complete the job at hand.

What has been present lately are potential employers listing potential jobs… that aren’t actually being hired. A run around of faux job listings: requesting resumes, creative marketing ideas, even full blown content creation… but no genuine hire? No real pay?

It’s an odd experience for company culture—and it ultimately hurts your reputation as being a leader with clear vision, honesty, integrity, and power within your industry’s niche.

As if that’s not bad enough, now job listings are requiring applicants to share their personal romantic/sexual preferences to be hired. Isn’t this the exact type of discrimination that employees two decades ago feared most? Weren’t laws passed against this level of preferential discrimination? Yes they were… so why aren’t they being enforced now?

It’s 2023. You’ll browse job listings for brands like mejuri that likely suggest, “no same-sex romantic partners, no job.”

Why is the job landscape reading out like a comedic, shakespearean play? There’s so much tragedy in losing yourself by jumping on the bandwagon of the latest cultural activist movement.

As business owners, we must stop encouraging phony behavior. Not only is it destroying our culture with the lack of integrity being shown, but it’s also diminishing our trust in one another and our ability to collaborate and build something phenomenal.

There will be some reading who consider this to be a “right wing tirade,” but this is far from it. Freedom of choice for all things (dating preferences, medical treatments, charity contributions) are wonderful. We need our LGBTQ hires just as much as our hetero-normative hires… and by the way, what an odd world to live in where you must bring forth your sexual preference at work… Isn’t the workplace for working, building and creating enterprise… ? Rather than… mating?

Here’s where it gets sticky: are these elements flying into our work life because as a culture we’ve destroyed standard work-hours and the work-life balance that comes along with it? Instantaneous communication and instantaneous supply chains have failed us, confused us, and ignited a well of mental illness.

If you’re tired of corporate nonsense, double your focus on your own ventures to boost your online revenue, streamline your business operations, scale your startup effectively by hiring coherent collaborators, learn from successful entrepreneurs who are willing to share their highs and lows, and never give up on maximizing your passive income.

Don’t Hate, Communicate + Collaborate

Large multi-nationals design their work-flows to diminish communication and collaboration. Is it really any wonder why we’re collectively getting stupider?

break free from these chains

⛓️

break free from these chains ⛓️

Do business with other small businesses.

From an anthropological viewpoint, we’re in this mess because the everyday person is out of touch with the processes, inputs, and actions required for real-world outcomes.

This moves beyond the superficial ideals of chaos theory and law of attraction. This is the grit element; the work element, the trial and error element, the real job of getting things done.

In corporate environments, activities tend to be so siloed that communication and collaboration are skills that are looked down upon and even reprimanded.

For those who have spent years, even decades, in environments like this have lost basic comprehension and analytical skills and have even trained their brains against them. When we encounter individuals that have lost basic comprehension skills, we must ask them: “What’s going on here, and how can I help bridge the gap?”

Comprehension skills have plummeted so much that an interviewer for a B2B employment opportunity will overlook over a decade of high-level B2B experience because the B2B is not specifically written on the top of a resume.

What this signals is hypnosis, pattern training recognition, and a lack of understanding of WHAT “things” are… if someone doesn’t comprehend B2B then they will not have the lightbulb moment where they connect the dots of the description to the actual word.

Is this a true impairment or are we able to break one other out of this strange, hypnotic state? Are we truly losing our marbles, or are we in fear mode rushing through the day to do the same task over and over again like machines on an assembly line unable to decipher what’s ahead?

Italian Banking Collapse of 1340s

A house of cards will always collapse.

In the early 1300s, Florentine banks were playing a game of chess. Staying one step ahead of the competition (Papal Rome).

Italian banks headed in Florence experienced a situation in the 1340s that mirrors what’s happening in the US economy resulting in a domino collapse of bank failures and liquidity crises that wiped out enormous wealth in Europe timed sequentially with the onset of the black plague.

On the surface, these banks held deposits from the Bardi & Peruzzi banking families, their partners as well as the deposits of everyday bank account holders.

In reality, these banks generated heaps of profit off of fees from currency exchange.

They fueled this need for currency exchange by engaging in international trade of basic commodities and industrial products. To secure the most amount of profit, they handled the import and export of product channels, like wool sourced from England.

In order to handle the exports of wool, they needed trade licenses from the King of England—and they needed the English empire to operate healthily in order to keep their profits running.

Unfortunately, they over leveraged and overplayed their hand by viewing the King of England as a trusted benefactor of an extended line of credit. The King of England blew through their cash, disrupted the European economy with active warfare, defaulted on his loans to the Florentine banks… and caused a massive economic collapse when there was a liquidity crisis that wiped out the deposits in the bank.

Many wealthy Europeans lost a significant amount of wealth, essentially donating it to a mad king that never paid his debts, and sacrificed their stability and success for greed.

Don’t bet on the mad King. Diversify your income sources. Stay away from unsustainable money grabs, like the green new deal. Always assess:

  • Healthy cash flow (never bet your operating capital, have separate + dedicated investing capital)

  • Concealed bribery: are you doing this for the greater good in terms of economic stability? Or is this a bet on a mad king, paying him to look the other way while you earn piles of cash for a limited time only?

  • Leverage local economies. Economies of scale are difficult to sustain in today’s world. You can own and operate import and export companies, but what does your local community really need? In times of recession + economic depression the local economies thrive when they move inward to innovate and take care of themselves

Today’s report was lengthy and didn’t hold back. We need to hold each other accountable for the bones and infrastructure of our communities… or you’ll find yourself in an elevator locked in and collapsed because you allowed unqualified mad kings to rule the world.

We can still turn this ship around. Let’s go!
