“This client has been a high-end fashion brand who is sold in big box stores such as Neiman’s, Nordstrom, & Net-a-Porter. They newly launched an e-commerce site prior to me joining their team (and didn't have the team to run it). FALK came in to take over their social media feeds, manage and direct their e-commerce activities including everything from product uploads to email marketing and digital ads. FALK brought their YoY direct to consumer sales up by over 200% in a matter of four months (meaning the money they made in the time we've joined is a 200% compared to ALL the money they made last year in a 12 month period).
